CSI means “Customer Satisfaction Index”.  Our first goal at Seaside is to make sure you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your new vehicle or with any of the services we provide.  In doing so, we know that as a truly satisfied customer, we will have a long and wonderful relationship with you.

After you have taken delivery of your new vehicle, and when you come in for service work, General Motors will be sending you a survey. Please take the time to fill the survey out, as it is an important way of tracking your satisfaction.

If, for some reason you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the purchase of your vehicle or the performance of our Service department, please let us know. We promise you we will do everything we can to make you COMPLETELY SATISFIED!
